Vlogmas & Coursework!

Hey guys,

As much as I'm going to regret saying this, this is going to be a shorter post as it is late and I have only just remembered that I love my blog. I have totally forgotten about posting until now and I have no idea why.

The past couple of days have been so stressful because I have so much to do but I just can't get in the mood to do any of it. This coursework is getting the best of me and I feel buried in it all. I want to curl in a ball and hide from it all until Christmas! Because who doesn't love Christmas?! Oh Christmas, I love it. I'm obviously one of THOSE people. but coursework... How does one keep on top of it all without losing all human contact or sleep? Someone tell me because I haven't figured it out yet.

Anyway, I was thinking of doing blog as this year but I'm not sure. It's mainly just for myself but I'm not sure. Let me know what you think!

I am sorry for this blog post, however this is it. I shall be going back to eating cereal in bed watching Netflix because I have wild Monday nights...

Recommendations!

Hey guys,

So this week's blog post is going to be me, recommending some things that I have been loving. I would say this is a favourites but, it's not the end of the month of the start so here is my recommendations:). Everything I talk about will be in a picture at the end.

Firstly I have been using an oil from Swarzkopf called 'Got2b oil-licious ' on the ends of my hair. (I'm sorry if I do this wrong, kinda new to this..) It contains Argan oil which I hear is good for growth, however I just use it to make my hair softer and to tame it down a little - as it can go crazy at times. I have found that my hair is extremely soft after I use this and I love it!

The next things are TV shows. The Vampire Diaries and Pretty Little Liars. I rave about these all the time and to be honest I am so late on the band wagon but I don't really care. They're so good and I have watched them and rewarded them because I just can't wait for the new series'. I always feel glued to them and connected to the characters so if you're looking for something new to watch, try those!

The next thing is the simple, kind to skin + brightening eye makeup remover pads. At first I wasn't expecting very much of these but I'm so glad I picked them up because it is so much easier to remove eye makeup, even waterproof mascara! I used to just use he simple face wipes to remove eye makeup but now I will be usign these instead. (You should too.)

The last thing is dry shampoo by batiste. I have used these for years. And I thought everyone new about them but apparently not... They're really good if you need to boost your hair ready for styling or just to refresh your hair. They all also smell so good! I have found that when I use these people compliment me on my hair for the smell and how soft it is. I always have to have a full can ready to use when I need it! I do also want to try the TRESemmé dry shampoo so if anyone has tried it, please let me know what you thought!

I will hopefully have more to recommend next time but for now that's all. Goodnight lovelies!

College!

Hey guys,

So last weeks blog post was mainly about my trip to France and I never actually mentioned college. So I have changed the title to just 'France Trip'. Just in case you were wondering.
This week I am going to talk about my first week at college, I may talk more about my trip again during next week.

So last Monday I had to go back to education. Yay.. Honestly, I was dreading it. There were a good few people I already knew and I wanted a new start. I wanted to change and not be the scared vulnerable girl who sat at the back in silence. I was going to be a confident person. But I felt like I couldn't do that with all those people who already knew me. However I tried my best anyway.

A full day for me is quite long, more than school was but I don't particularly mind so much, as I think I'm going to enjoy this course. I only have one full day, the others are just half days so it's not so bad.

I don't really have anything interesting to say about college, I was only there for two days last week: Monday and Friday. On Friday, we had our first proper day, well, some of it. I really enjoyed the tasks we did and the things I was taught. I am really excited for what I will be doing in the future. That afternoon was the 'big hello' because it was induction week (the first week we started), it was for us to learn about the college. It was lovely even though I didn't do much. But I can feel that this year will be great, despite not having most of my friends there.

For anyone who is also starting sixth form or college, I hope you are enjoying what you have chosen to carry on or even start. Why don't you do something out of your comfort zone, for example: make a friend or be independent. Something, anything.

Anyway, that's all for tonight.

France Trip!

Hey guys,

So this is going to be mainly about my trip to France as I have a lot to say!

So last Monday, at half nine I had to be up and ready, at school, ready to leave for a week's worth of water sports. Honestly, I was absolutely dreading it! I was the biggest person there and obviously wearing wet suits and all things water sports-y was new to me. I have only just concurred putting on a swimsuit and going swimming in a public pool. This trip meant I had to be uncomfortable with myself and how I looked surrounded by people who I thought would judge my every move.

It actually turned out a lot better than that, we all had to wear shorts and t-shirts for the activities. So obviously I was more at ease with myself. Plus, once I got into whatever we were doing that day, I didn't really notice what I looked like or if people were even looking at me.
To be honest, why would people just be looking at me, judging me when we're sat on a beautiful beach or in the fresh cold sea?!

At one point, I felt quite self conscious because I had to have the large size of boynce aid (I have no idea how to spell it, a BA, if you wish) but once I had it on that was that. I accepted what I had and got on with it. I didn't want to ruin my holiday!

Anyway, onto the good stuff!
Our holiday was split into three sections: 3 days at the first PGL place (mimosa), a day at the water park Aqua land, and then finally another three days at another PGL place (Domaine de segries, or segs as we called it). At mimosa we did body boarding and windsurfing. The rest we sailed boats, we did the pico, Catamaran and banana boats. Out of all these my favourite was definitely the catamarans! I felt so safe on them so I wasn't worried. But they also went really quickly, I loved it! I hated the banana boats! Absolutely hated it, never again! I won't even go into that because it was horrific.

At the water park I was a little bit self conscious. Maybe a lot, I didn't go on anything there, but I shopped so it was all alright!:) I mainly say in the sun with my book.

At the last place it was like heaven! The food was nicer, we had chalets instead of tents, and everything in the chalets we needed. We all needed it. All we did there was go to the River and Kano down. I'm not sure if it was kanoing or kayaking but it was also a lot of fun. There were cliff jumps as we went down the river and I could've probably done the first one but I have it a miss and sat and watched instead.

I realise I have actually rambled on and think I will do this as two posts. I just have a lot to say! I'm going to leave a couple of pictures I took on the trip here also so enjoy. The next post may be the middle of the week or so, depending on my mood!
